Job Summary
Support daily operations and stability of financial systems by performing reconciliations, monitoring data flows, and ensuring accurate data integration across ERP platforms and reporting tools. Maintain chart fields, configure workflows, and administer user access while assisting with monthly and quarterly financial close activities. Resolve moderately complex issues, manage the group mailbox, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and QA teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements. Execute testing activities, develop test cases, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for project initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial systems, accounting operations, or related fields
- Strong analytical, decision‐making, and problem‐solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in written, verbal, and virtual formats
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while interacting with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
