Job Summary
Financial Systems Analyst role supporting day-to-day administration and operation of core financial and enterprise systems at Optasia, bridging finance and technology. Responsibilities include monitoring FX rate processing, expense report synchronization, HR/financial data synchronization via SAP SuccessFactors, master data management in SAP ByDesign, setting up GL accounts, maintaining customer/product records in Tagetik and Zoho, and coordinating monthly period open/close procedures. Requires a degree in IT/Finance/Accounting and 2-3 years of relevant experience, hands-on SAP experience, and familiarity with SAP ByDesign, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tagetik, Wrike, and financial planning tools. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Finance, or Accounting
- 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Hands-on SAP experience
- Familiarity with SAP ByDesign or other SAP Cloud systems, SAP Analytics Cloud, CCH Tagetik, project management tools (e.g. Wrike), and financial planning & budgeting tools
