Job Summary
Hybrid Financial Systems Analyst role at Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) in Lancaster, PA. Responsible for managing financial coding in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and aligning sales invoicing with the accounting system. Duties include building and maintaining financial coding, performing financial analysis and modeling, data management, report creation, and ensuring data tie-outs across systems (LIMS and accounting). Requires SQL and Power BI skills; familiarity with Oracle EPM/Hyperion is a plus. Acts as primary liaison between Finance and IT Solutions teams to ensure systems alignment with business goals; automates invoicing tie-outs between LIMS and accounting software; supports system planning and recommends technologies to enhance current systems. Role is full-time, hybrid (2–3 days in-office per week in Lancaster, PA) with no relocation offered; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Salary range: $80,000–$90,000/year.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate IT solutions role, preferably supporting or customizing financial systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with SQL and data tie-outs between systems
- Experience sitting between Finance/Accounting and IT departments
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Finance, IT, and the business
- Proficiency in English (read, write, speak)
