Job Summary
Prepare and review new account paperwork, organize client review materials and meeting agendas, and update the Client Relationship Management database with accurate data entry. Serve as a liaison between internal departments to resolve outstanding issues for Financial Planning Consultants, Certified Public Accountants, and clients. Assist with ongoing communication regarding account status, birthday reminders, and new account setup while processing requests for contributions and fund distribution. Communicate regularly via phone and email to coordinate meetings and maintain important documents. Assist in training other Financial Service Assistants and recommend process improvements to enhance office efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree (A.A.), two-year technical, or bachelor's degree
- A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 2-5 years of related Financial Services Industry or administrative services/training experience
- Experience with CRM applications such as Salesforce
- Experience with Microsoft program suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience supporting Financial Professionals
- Previous experience in a customer/client-facing role
- Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) designation
