Job Summary
Financial Solutions Specialist at LGE Community Credit Union in Rome, responsible for proactive member interactions in-branch and by phone, uncovering needs, educating members on financial wellness, and offering education and solutions to advance members' financial success. Builds long-term relationships, promotes products and services to meet financial goals, processes transactions, assists with loan origination and review of credit reports for opportunities, supports compliance with relevant regulations, and contributes to community outreach and branch operations with a focus on service and sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years’ customer service and/or sales experience
- Comfortable working with little to no supervision in fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of computer operation and programs
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Excel and Word
