Job Summary
Proactively identify financial solutions for members by interacting with customers in person and by phone. Identify members’ needs and cross-sell Credit Union services and products, including lending solutions such as HELOC and business lending. Counsel members on money management, explain lending decisions when needed, and guide future considerations. Build and maintain a book of business and a proactive pipeline to strengthen member relationships, and perform new account functions along with electronic services enrollment. Role emphasizes bilingual capability (Spanish proficiency a bonus) and delivering excellent service consistent with the credit union’s core values. On-site role based in Janesville, WI, with a focus on member support, relationship building, and financial guidance.
