Financial Solutions Specialist

Financial Solutions Specialist role with Advia Credit Union based in Kenosha, WI (on-site). Responsible for proactively identifying financial solutions for members by engaging with customers in person and via phone, cross-selling credit union products, and guiding members on money management and lending options (including HELOC and business lending). Build and maintain a book of business, manage a member pipeline, perform new account functions, and assist with electronic services enrollment. Requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with members and colleagues, and proficiency in Spanish for bilingual premium work.
