Financial Solutions Rep (FSR) -Full Time

Greet, assist, and educate members by answering basic checking, saving, and loan questions. Perform account transactions for members accurately and promptly. Build member loyalty by developing relationships while actively cross-selling credit union products and services. Consistently demonstrate the credit union's core values of Integrity, Quality, Respect, Solutions-Focused, and Teamwork. This role serves as the first point of contact for internal and external members, acting as a liaison between clients and the institution. Candidates will train in advanced skills to achieve various levels of recognition throughout their career.
