Job Summary
Consult with clients to assess their finances and determine if debt settlement is a viable option, while handling inbound calls and proactively reaching out to leads. Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including risks and benefits, and outline terms such as monthly payments and resolution timelines. Maintain accurate records of interactions within the company's CRM system and ensure adherence to all state, federal, and company policies. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while keeping up-to-date with industry legal updates and market conditions. This role requires a minimum of one year of debt settlement experience and two years of call center sales experience, with a base salary ranging from $120,000 to $260,000 plus uncapped commissions. Located in Irvine, California, the position offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to commute to our office in Irvine, California on a daily basis
- Minimum of 1 year of experience enrolling customers into debt settlement programs
- 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude
- Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing a CRM to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation
- Proficient in Google Workspace, email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, and internet navigation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and effectively
- Skilled in managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, handle objections confidently, and guide them toward informed financial decisions
