Job Summary
Provide comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve financial goals. Core duties include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Role requires completing required licenses and trainings and SAFE Act registration; responsibilities include mitigating risk, coaching referrals, and engaging new clients through referrals or center clientele. Must hold Series 7 & 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu of 66) and have at least one year of experience in investments and financial services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. The position emphasizes effective communication, relationship management, regulatory due diligence, and client-focused advisory from a Bank of America office-based role with flexibility based on role-specific considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66)
- At least one year experience in the investments industry
- At least one year experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships
- Regulatory due diligence
- Willingness to complete required licenses and trainings
- SAFE Act registration for residential loan mortgage originations
