Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive financial planning by building brokerage solutions including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities to help clients achieve short and long-term goals. Triage client leads and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on asset thresholds and client needs. Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with individual financial objectives while mitigating and controlling risk as part of daily activities. Engage potential new clients through referrals or existing financial center clientele. Requires current Series 7 & 66 licenses, one year of financial services experience, and completion of required SAFE Act registration and background checks. Schedule includes Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays; base pay ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually with formulaic incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses
- Has at least one year experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded

- Must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing pursuant to SAFE Act requirements
- Must submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process
Desired Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment
- At least three years' experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Has at least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)
- Obtained your insurance licenses
- Speaks Spanish
