Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive financial advice by triaging client leads, building financial plans with brokerage products, and recommending strategies aligned with client goals. Mitigate risk daily while engaging potential new clients through referrals and providing coaching to internal partners. Apply regulatory due diligence and complete required licenses and trainings to maintain SAFE Act registration. Manage goals in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and executing client solutions efficiently. This role supports Bank of America's Responsible Growth mission by delivering customized financial solutions to help clients achieve their objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses
- At least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- At least one year experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded

- Open availability required
- Some Saturdays
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment
- At least three years' experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)
- Obtained your insurance licenses
