Job Summary
Provide comprehensive financial planning and customized investment solutions to clients, including triaging leads, referring to internal partners based on client needs and assets, meeting with clients to review financial goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Requires completing licenses/trainings and SAFE Act registrations; role emphasizes coaching referral partners, identifying new clients through referrals or center clientele, and applying regulatory due diligence in daily activities. Strong emphasis on client service, product knowledge (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities), and adherence to compliance guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses
- At least one year experience in the investments industry
- At least one year experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to build and present financial plans and recommend brokerage products
- Knowledge of banking and investments strategies
