Job Summary
Earn Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 120 days of hire through dedicated classes. Obtain and maintain SAFE Act registration, including background checks, as required for residential loan mortgage originations. Build client relationships with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth individuals to deliver comprehensive financial advice and solutions. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to recommend strategies that meet client needs. Provide end-to-end client reviews and presentations while navigating a fast-paced environment. Train at a financial center before potentially transitioning to phone-based capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must obtain SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
- Must register and submit to required SAFE Act background check and registration process
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
- Bilingual Mandarin
