Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions for clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Build financial plans with brokerage products including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities while recommending strategies that align with client needs. Triage client leads and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on asset thresholds. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities while identifying and engaging potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Complete required licenses and trainings to maintain SAFE Act registration for residential mortgage loan provisions. Submit to required background checks and remain in good standing with the federal registry system. Execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex, fast-paced environment while cultivating strong peer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must be able to register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing pursuant to SAFE Act requirements
- Must be able to submit to the required SAFE Act background check
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
