Job Summary
Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 30 and 120 days of hire, respectively. Deliver end-to-end comprehensive financial advice and client reviews to banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to recommend strategies that help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities. Provide one-on-one coaching and training through dedicated Academy programs while managing a pipeline of referrals and prospects. Submit to required SAFE Act background checks and registration processes for residential loan mortgage originations.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Bi-Lingual Spanish
- Must obtain SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
- Schedule: Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays
- Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
- Hours Per Week: 40
