Job Summary
Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 30 and 120 days of hiring. Complete structured training and one-on-one coaching to master client relationship building, complex financial planning, and consultative advisory approaches. Deliver end-to-end advice, present client reviews, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with comprehensive solutions through Bank of America and Merrill. Register with the federal registry system and maintain good standing under SAFE Act requirements. Work Monday through Fridays with rotating Saturdays in a 40-hour week at a designated financial center.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must obtain SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
- Must register and submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
- Spanish speaking
