Job Summary
Triage client leads and make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds. Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, recommending products and building financial plans with brokerage solutions like stocks, bonds, and annuities. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities while identifying and engaging potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Apply and expand knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings, including SAFE Act registration for residential mortgage loan originations. This role supports Bank of America's Responsible Growth by delivering customized financial solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bi-lingual Spanish
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
