Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end comprehensive financial advice and client presentations, recommending strategies to help clients achieve their goals and life priorities. Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 30 and 120 days of hiring, respectively, through dedicated training and study. Build client relationships with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth individuals by delivering core banking and investment solutions at a financial center. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions through Bank of America and Merrill. Complete SAFE Act registration and background check requirements, maintaining good standing throughout the role. Train at a financial center with one-on-one coaching from Academy managers before potentially transitioning to phone-based capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must obtain your SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Must obtain your Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
