Job Summary
Earn your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 120 days of hiring through dedicated classes and structured study. Once licensed, deliver end-to-end financial advice by building client relationships, conducting reviews, and recommending strategies to help clients achieve their goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect customers with comprehensive solutions across Bank of America and Merrill. This Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I role includes one-on-one coaching from Academy managers and progresses to Stage II upon demonstrating success. You must obtain SAFE Act registration and complete the required background check process.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must obtain your SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Must obtain your Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
