Job Summary
Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 120 days of hiring. Deliver comprehensive financial advice and client reviews to help clients achieve their goals. Cultivate relationships with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth individuals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to recommend strategies and solutions. Submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Work Monday through Fridays with rotating Saturdays, adhering to a 40-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must obtain SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
- Must register and submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
