Job Summary
Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I focuses on obtaining securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and applying foundational skills to serve clients. After achieving milestones, progression to Stage II allows broader practice within Bank of America and Merrill. Training and one-on-one coaching are provided; licensing timelines include SIE within 30 days and Series 7/66 within 120 days. Responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, delivering end-to-end financial guidance, collaborating with banking and investment partners, and leveraging advisory skills to identify client needs and solutions. Required qualifications emphasize licenses, self-discipline, relationship-building, effective communication, and the ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment. Education is minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred candidates may hold a bachelor’s degree and/or experience in financial services or sales; bilingual Mandarin is a plus.
