Job Summary
Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 30 and 120 days of hiring through structured classes. Once licensed, deliver comprehensive financial advice to banking customers, small business owners, and high-net-worth clients by building relationships and recommending strategies to meet their goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with solutions across Bank of America and Merrill. Submit to the required SAFE Act registration and background check process, adhering to federal residency loan originations standards. Train at a designated financial center before potentially transitioning to phone-based capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must obtain SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
- Must register and submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
- Spanish speaking
