Job Summary
Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 120 days of hire. Deliver comprehensive financial advice by building client relationships, conducting reviews, and recommending strategies to help clients achieve their goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with solutions across Bank of America and Merrill. Engage with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients to grow your business network. This stage I role includes mandatory SAFE Act registration and background checks. You will receive dedicated training and one-on-one coaching from Academy managers. Schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must obtain your SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Must obtain your Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
