Job Summary
Provide comprehensive financial guidance and customized solutions to clients, triage client leads, refer to internal partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, and meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, recommending products. Responsibilities include building financial plans with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities) and banking solutions, mitigating risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance including SAFE Act registration for residential mortgage loan originations. Requires obtaining necessary licenses and training; in-office role in Waltham, MA with a pay range of $28.85-$33.65 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
