Job Summary
Conduct client meetings to review financial and investment goals, recommending brokerage products and strategies that align with client needs. Triaging client leads and making referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on asset thresholds. Build financial plans covering stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions while mitigating and controlling risk. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Apply and expand knowledge by completing required licenses and SAFE Act registration trainings. Work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, adhering to a 40-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
- Weekly schedule - Monday thru Friday, with rotating Saturdays
- 1st shift (United States of America)
- Hours Per Week: 40
