Job Summary
Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 30 and 120 days of hire, respectively, through dedicated classes. Once licensed, deliver end-to-end comprehensive financial advice to clients, including banking, investment solutions, and complex financial planning. Build relationships with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth individuals by leveraging extensive client networks. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to recommend strategies that help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities. Complete required SAFE Act registration and background checks. Train at a financial center before potentially transitioning to phone-based capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must obtain your SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Must obtain your Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
- Must register and submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process
- Must maintain good standing in the federal registry system
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
- Spanish speaking
