Job Summary
Conduct client financial planning by building comprehensive plans with brokerage products like stocks, bonds, and annuities. Review client goals and recommend aligned banking and investment strategies while triaging requests and making referrals to internal service providers based on asset thresholds. Mitigate risk through daily activities and engage potential new clients via referrals or existing center clientele. Maintain good standing by completing required licenses, trainings, and the mandatory SAFE Act registration and background check. Work the 1st shift for 40 hours per week in Manassas, VA, earning $28.85-$33.65 hourly. This role supports Bank of America's Responsible Growth initiative by delivering customized financial solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
