Job Summary
Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I at Bank of America will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through structured, dedicated classes. After licensure, you will work in a financial center delivering core banking and investment solutions, building and managing client relationships, and advising clients on strategies to meet their financial goals. You’ll gain end-to-end advisory experience, collaborate with banking and investment partners, and advance through the Academy with training and coaching. The role requires SAFE Act registration for residential loan mortgage originations, and successful completion of the licensing milestones (SIE within 30 days; Series 7 and 66 within 120 days). The position begins in-office with a defined schedule and may involve rotating locations based on business needs.
