Job Summary
Conduct client meetings to review financial and investment goals, recommending products that align with their objectives. Build financial plans using brokerage products including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities. Triage client leads and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on needs and asset thresholds. Mitigate risk as part of daily activities while engaging potential new clients through referrals. Complete required licenses and trainings to expand industry knowledge. Maintain good standing in the federal registry system for SAFE Act registration.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
