Job Summary
Build short- and long-term financial plans for clients using brokerage products like stocks, bonds, and annuities. Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals while triaging requests and making referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on asset thresholds. Mitigate daily risk and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing financial center clientele. Complete required licenses and trainings to apply and expand industry knowledge. This role supports Bank of America's Responsible Growth by delivering customized financial solutions to help clients achieve their objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
