Job Summary
Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 120 days of hiring. Acquire foundational skills to acquire, build, and manage client relationships while guiding clients through complex financial pictures. Deliver end-to-end comprehensive advice, present client reviews, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with solutions through Bank of America and Merrill. Work in a financial center to interact with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients, leveraging the firm's extensive network to grow your business.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must obtain your SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Must obtain your Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
