Job Summary
Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 30 and 120 days of hire, respectively. Deliver end-to-end comprehensive financial advice, including client reviews, presentations, and strategy recommendations to help clients achieve their goals. Build and manage relationships with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients at a financial center. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Submit to required SAFE Act background check and registration, maintaining good standing in the federal registry system. Complete structured lessons and one-on-one coaching from Academy managers to develop consultative skills.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must obtain your SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Must obtain your Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
