Job Summary
Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I at Bank of America begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and progresses to delivering advisory solutions within a financial center. You’ll build and manage client relationships, assess clients’ financial needs, and guide solutions across core banking and investment products. The role emphasizes licensing milestones, training, coaching, and a consultative approach to identify client needs, present reviews, and connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill partners to meet financial goals. You’ll interact with banking customers, small business owners, and higher-net-worth clients, leveraging relationships to grow the business. Responsibilities include providing end-to-end comprehensive advice, delivering client reviews/presentations, and collaborating with core banking and investment partners. Requirements include aptitude for obtaining licenses, ability to manage time and capacity, and a client-focused, results-driven mindset. Schedule is Monday–Friday with open availability and some Saturdays; minimum education is High School Diploma or GED. The role is located in West Covina, CA with in-office expectations and flexible benefits; compensation includes hourly pay with potential advancement to multiple Financial Solutions Advisor roles within Bank of America and Merrill.
