Job Summary
Obtain Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 30 and 120 days of hire, respectively. Deliver end-to-end comprehensive financial advice to banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients by identifying needs and recommending strategies. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Submit to required SAFE Act background check and registration process while maintaining good standing. Interact with diverse client portfolios to build relationships and leverage existing networks for business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must obtain SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
