Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions for clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Triage client leads, make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, and meet with clients to review financial and investment goals while recommending products. Build financial plans with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities and identify potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Complete required licenses and trainings to apply and expand knowledge. This role is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements for residential mortgage loans.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
