Job Summary
Earn Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 120 days of hiring through dedicated classes. Obtain SAFE Act registration and pass the required background check before starting. Build client relationships with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth individuals by delivering comprehensive financial advice and recommending strategies to meet life priorities. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to solutions across Bank of America and Merrill. Work Monday through Fridays with rotating Saturdays in a 1st shift, 40-hour week. Progress from Stage I training to Stage II practice after demonstrating success in acquiring and managing client portfolios.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must obtain SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
- Must register and submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
- Spanish speaking
