Job Summary
Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 30 and 120 days of hire, respectively. Deliver end-to-end financial advice by interacting with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients to identify needs and recommend solutions. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to comprehensive advice through Bank of America and Merrill. Provide client reviews, presentations, and strategies to help clients achieve financial goals while building a network of referrals. Complete required SAFE Act registration and background checks. Train at a financial center with one-on-one coaching from Academy managers before potentially transitioning to phone-based capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must obtain SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Must obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
- Must register and submit to required SAFE Act background check and registration process
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
- Spanish speaking
