Job Summary
Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I at Bank of America to begin licensing with SIE, Series 7 and Series 66; provide end-to-end client advisory across banking and investment solutions; build and manage client relationships, assess complex financial needs, and present tailored solutions; progress to Stage II with expanded opportunities within Bank of America and Merrill; receive structured training, coaching, and defined milestones to obtain required licenses (SIE within 30 days, Series 7 and 66 within 120 days); collaborate with banking and investment partners to meet clients’ financial goals; deliver proactive client reviews and presentations, and develop a portfolio-based advisory approach.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
