Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions for clients to help them achieve their goals. Build financial plans with brokerage products like stocks, bonds, and annuities while recommending strategies that align with client needs. Triage client leads and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on asset thresholds. Engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele and mitigate risk as part of daily activities. Complete required licenses and trainings to expand industry knowledge. This role supports Bank of America's purpose of helping make financial lives better through every connection.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
