Job Summary
Conduct client meetings to review financial and investment goals, recommending products that align with short and long-term objectives. Triage client leads and make referrals to business partners based on asset thresholds and specific needs. Build financial plans incorporating brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities while mitigating daily risk. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing financial center clientele. Obtain required industry licenses and complete necessary SAFE Act registration and background checks. Execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment to prioritize client interests.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
