Job Summary
Conduct client meetings to review financial and investment goals, recommending products that align with short and long-term objectives. Build financial plans utilizing brokerage products including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities. Triaging client requests and making referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on asset thresholds. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities while engaging potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Complete required licenses and trainings to expand industry knowledge. Maintain good standing in the federal registry system for SAFE Act registration.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
