Job Summary
Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 120 days of hire. Build client relationships with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth individuals by delivering comprehensive financial advice and recommending strategies to achieve life priorities. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Complete one-on-one coaching with Academy managers and progress from a training phase to a financial center role, potentially transitioning to phone-based capacity pending location assignment. Register and maintain good standing with the federal registry system under SAFE Act requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Must obtain your SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Must obtain your Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
