Job Summary
Build financial plans with brokerage products like stocks, bonds, and annuities to help clients achieve their goals. Review financial and investment objectives with clients, then triage requests by making referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on asset thresholds. Mitigate risk daily while identifying and engaging potential new clients through referrals or existing financial center clientele. Apply and expand knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings, including SAFE Act registration for residential mortgage loan provisions.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
