Job Summary
Provide comprehensive financial guidance to clients, triage leads, and refer clients to internal partners based on client needs and asset thresholds; build financial plans using brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities) and banking solutions; identify and engage potential clients through referrals and existing center clientele; operate in an in-office setting with attendance requirements and licensing/training to support mortgage-originations under SAFE Act obligations. Strong emphasis on relationship-building, needs assessment, solution recommendation, risk mitigation, multi-tasking, and adapting to new technology; requires licenses and ongoing compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Experience in cultivating client relationships
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- FINRA SIE knowledge or willingness to obtain
- Bachelor’s degree and/or financial services/sales experience (preferred)
