Job Summary
Financial Solutions Advisor providing comprehensive, customized financial guidance to clients to help achieve their goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, referring to internal partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities) aligned to client objectives. Utilize licenses and training to expand knowledge; comply with SAFE Act registration requirements; residential mortgage originations require SAFE Act background checks. Demonstrates strong client advisory and relationship-building skills, collaborates with referral partners, and manages risk as part of daily activities. Required qualifications include Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65 in lieu), at least one year in investments and financial services or a sales environment with goals, and comfortable communicating with clients. Desired qualifications include bilingual Spanish, additional certifications (CFP/CRPC), and insurance licenses. Skills include account management, advisory capabilities, client-focused solutions, regulatory due diligence, and effective written and oral communication.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Bi-lingual Spanish speaking
- CFP and/or CRPC designations (desired)
- Insurance licenses (obtained)
- At least three years’ experience in financial services and/or sales with meeting goals (desired)
- Strong computer skills and multitasking
- Series 7 & 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu of 66)
- Knowledge of investment products and services
- Excellent client advisory and relationship management skills
- Regulatory due diligence
- Licensing/training completion
