Job Summary
Provide comprehensive financial guidance and customized solutions to clients, triage leads, referrals to internal partners based on client needs and assets, review financial and investment goals, build financial plans, and recommend brokerage products. The role involves applying regulatory due diligence, completing required licenses and trainings, and engaging with clients to address short- and long-term financial goals through brokerage and banking solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Series 7 license and Series 66 (or 63/65 in lieu)
- 1+ year experience in investments or financial services
- 1+ year experience in a sales environment with meeting goals
- Ability to build client relationships and communicate effectively
- Knowledge of investment products and services (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities)
- Regulatory due diligence and SAFE Act background check requirements
- Strong planning and referral skills
- Bilingual Spanish (desirable)
- CFP/CRPC/insurance licenses (desirable)
