Financial Solutions Advisor - New Mexico/El Paso Markets

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions for clients to achieve their goals by building financial plans with brokerage products including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities. Triaging client leads and making referrals to business partners based on needs and asset thresholds while recommending banking and investment strategies that align with client objectives. Mitigate risk during daily activities and identify potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners regarding client needs and product services. Maintain Series 7 & 66 licenses and complete required SAFE Act registration and background checks. Work Monday through Fridays with rotating Saturdays in a fast-paced environment requiring efficient time management and thorough regulatory due diligence.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses
- At least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- At least one year experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded

- Must be able to register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing pursuant to SAFE Act requirements
- Must be able to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process
- Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays
Desired Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment
- At least three years' experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)
- Obtained your insurance licenses
