Job Summary
Conduct client triage, build financial plans with brokerage products, and recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals. Review financial and investment objectives, make referrals to internal service providers based on asset thresholds, and provide coaching to partners. Manage risk through regulatory due diligence while identifying new clients through referrals or center clientele. This role requires Series 7 and 66 licenses and SAFE Act registration for mortgage loan provisions. Schedule includes Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (or the equivalent 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Sets and accomplishes goals, achieving whatever one sets their mind to

- Communicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients

- Thorough and thoughtful in incorporating relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies for clients
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays
Desired Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment
- Three or more years of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)
- Obtained insurance licenses
