Job Summary
The Financial Solutions Advisor analyzes client needs and markets financial products to help clients achieve their goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, referring to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. The role requires completing required licenses and trainings and may involve residential mortgage loan origination with SAFE Act registration and background checks. The position emphasizes in-office attendance with flexibility based on role-specific considerations and will involve coaching and collaboration with internal partners to deliver comprehensive financial advice and solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (63 or 65 in lieu of 66) licenses; if you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services
- Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Builds and nurtures strong relationships
- Communicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients
- Thorough and thoughtful in incorporating relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies for clients
